DESIGNED TO PERFORM
The HPA K04 Hybrid Turbo is one of the most advanced units available in North America and has been designed for a seamless installation, without the need for custom fabrications or aftermarket diverter valves. A newly cast compressor housing allows the factory K03 diverter valve to be installed in the OEM location, without a CNC port adapter. The compressor wheel has been re-designed and the custom blade profile and billet construction allow for quicker spool and higher output across the full rpm range.
OEM QUALITY
Each CHRA is built to met or exceed OEM quality specifications, with the individual components of the rotating group balanced on a Schenk Balancer. Once fully assembled, each complete CHRA assembly is balanced with a VSR Balancer. The VSR Balancer is used and approved by leading turbo manufacturers Borg Warner, Garrett Honeywell, and IHI, ensuring a perfect assembly.
ALL INCLUSIVE HARDWARE KIT
This kit is a direct replacement of your stock K03 in most cases and includes everything you require for your upgrade, including a turbo muffler delete for smoother exhaust gas flow, OEM diveverter valve, and OEM N75 Boost control solenoid which guarantees compatibility with all aftermarket
Note: Aftermarket downpipe recommended. If OEM downpipe is used, the flange for the turbo may need to be drilled out to fit.
Note: FSI engines should have upgraded high pressure fuel pump and injectors when using this turbo upgrade.
OEM turbo inlet / intake plumbing will be reused on the longitudinal engine vehicles
