Returns Policy

Unhappy with your purchase?
We will accept returns for unused products that are In Stock within 90 days from the time that the order was shipped. If a product is returned within 30 days of the original ship date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. Any returns made within the remaining return policy time frame will qualify for an Exo Performance in store credit refund only. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. A restocking fee may be applied to any returned item that is not regularly stocked, or any order returned after 90 days. 
 
We do not accept installed parts used for diagnostic purposes, one-time repairs (tools, electrical, etc) or items used to service or repair any vehicles other than the original customer’s. 
 
Direct ship and Warehouse transfer products are subject to supplier is return policy. Order cancellation is subject to supplier is order status.
Shipped products from the supplier can't be cancelled and will be subject to supplier is return policy.

Lost or damaged returned merchandise in transit to our facility
Exo Performance is not liable for any lost or damaged returned merchandise in transit to our facility. Package insurance is recommended. Exo Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
 
 
What parts does this apply to?
Our return policy are non-transferable and only apply to parts you buy from Exo Performance. We inspect all parts upon arrival. If we receive a part that is not ours, we will charge you to ship it back or discard it.
 
 
Returning Parts or fluids?
Please securely pack your return inside a shipping box (do not use the manufacturer's box as the outer shipping box), and include the completed returns form. If we receive any biologically hazardous items, the return will not be processed and will be immediately discarded.
 
 
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as the shipping box. Additionally, prepackaged kits must be returned in their entirety, whereas Exo Performance assembled kits may be returned as individual components.
 
 
Returns Processing All returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
 
 
 
How to Submit a Return

Submit a return request by logging into your customer account on your storefront, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link.

Note that you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.

Next, you will need to specify the Qty To ReturnReturn Reason, and Return Action. You also have the option to leave a comment.
