How does BOPIS work?

BOPIS or Buy online and pick up in store also known as curbside orders work as follows:

Step-by-Step BOPIS Process

  1. Proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon at the top right of our website.
  2. Press the Checkout button.
  3. In the Shipping section click in store pick up.
  4. Click the button PLACE ORDER and complete your order as usual.
  • Within 1 business day you will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.
  • If you are not contacted within 1 business day of placing the order, please reach out to the store by clicking HERE so they can look into this for you.


BOPIS policies

  • When visiting the store you must bring
    • a valid photo ID
    • the credit card used for payment
    • your confirmation email to the store for pick up (printed or digital)
  • To enhance security and protect your interests, we have partnered with a trusted fraud screening company. As part of their verification process, we will take a picture of the following during pickup:

    1. Photo ID Verification:

      • Our team will capture a picture of your valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
      • This ensures that the details match your order.
    2. Credit Card Verification:

      • We will also photograph the last four digits of the credit card used for your purchase.
      • For added security, we’ll capture an image of the last four digits of your card (excluding the full card number).

What happens to my order if it’s not picked up within 30 days?

Abandoned BOPIS orders are cancelled after 30 days and refund is subject to our Returns Policy. Depending on your banking institution, payment should be refunded within five days. Visa and MasterCard debit credit cards may up to 21 business days.


Can someone else pick up my curbside order in store?

Unfortunately not at the moment.


What happens if I have not received an email within 1 business day?

If you have not received an email telling you that the order is ready to be picked up, please contact the store associated to your order so they can look into it for you. The phone number should also be found HERE.
