Yes! To use it, simply place your order and you will be able to choose store credit as the payment method when it comes time to pay for your order. You can also check your balance at any time by going to your "My Account" page

We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Interac.

We also accept payments via PayPal. No matter the payment method, we always require payment at the time of purchase.

We're located in Canada, so we're required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to customers in Canada based on their local applicable taxes.

To reset your account, first click "Sign In". Then click "Forgot your password?" Enter your account email address. And click "Reset Password." You will receive an email with a link to reset your password in just a few short minutes. Following that link will allow you to reset your password!

Items marked as "In Stock" are physically in our facility, so they're ready to ship when the order is placed. If all items in your order are "In Stock", then your order typically ships within one business day.

Other Availability Modes

We use several availability modes to most accurately identify when products will leave their home facility:

Direct Ship This product is available and will be sourced from one of our suppliers. It may take up to three business days before it ships.

Warehouse Transfer We receive the item, then we ship it to remain on time with the guaranteed delivery range chosen at checkout. It typically takes between 6 and 12 business days before it ships.

Discontinued - No longer available This product has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.

"MAP" pricing, or Minimum Advertised Pricing, means that the vendor set a minimum retail price that we're not allowed to violate. MAP items cannot be discounted because the decrease in price would violate that threshold.

In the event your item has a core charge you can ship the item with any carrier which is most cost effective for yourself. Exo Performance does not offer return shipping labels for core returns.

For most new, warranty, and core returns, Exo Performance does NOT provide return shipping for items being returned to our facility. If an error was made on our end please contact us and we would be happy to look into that for you and provide an electronic return label as needed.

A “Core Charge” is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda. In many states, to promote recycling, you are charged a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and you receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have Core Charges that work the same way as a soda can deposit. The most common car parts that include a core charge are alternators, calipers, steering racks, and fuel injectors.

Once we have received your return back at our Québec location we will process your paperwork the next business day (example: a return received on a Friday will be processed on Monday). Once your paperwork has been processed we immediately issue the credit you are eligible for. If you are receiving a credit card refund please note we make the refund request the same day as the paperwork is processed. That said, it may take your financial institution 2-5 business days to credit your account.

Exo Performance strives to ship and deliver all of our orders to our customers in a timely fashion. That being said sometimes in order to assure you receive your order in the time frame you requested we may drop ship your order or parts of your order from an alternate warehouse location closer to you. All these alternate locations are held to the same quality standards as every box that leaves Exo Performance's main facility in Québec as well.

Most of our kits are created by us, where each included part is listed and linked in the product description of the kit. Other kits are bought pre assembled from the manufacturer, which doesn't list the individual parts or link them in the kit description. We can warranty individual items from a kit that we create ourselves, where the product page links each included item. If the kit doesn't link each included part in the product description, then we can't warranty the products individually. Common examples of kits we can warranty are brake kits and oil change kits, while we commonly can't warranty individual parts of mechatronics service kits or aftermarket exhaust kits even though we can warranty the kit if returned in full.

For most new, warranty, and core returns, Exo Performance does NOT provide return shipping for items being returned to our facility. If an error was made on our end please contact us and we would be happy to look into that for you and provide an electronic return label as needed.

Exo Performance does not cover any type of labor, or repair expenses.

You just got done placing your order with Exo Performance and now you are looking forward to receiving your package and to start working on your vehicle. You may wonder now, how do I track my package?

Exo Performance makes it easy to track your order. Once your order has been shipped Exo Performance will email you a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

Sometimes, in order for you to receive your full order in the fastest time frame, we will ship your order from multiple locations. In this instance, we will email you your initial tracking number when the first box is shipped and then shortly after we will email your other tracking numbers for the remainder of the order.

You can also look under your order history in the "My Account" section for exoperformance.ca and look for your order status. If your order has shipped there should be a tracking number listed as well.

All of the carriers we use provide tracking numbers that can be entered into www.packagetrackr.com to see the status of your package. You can also enter the tracking number into Google or any search engine to take you directly to the carrier's site as well for up to date information.

So you have placed your order and you are already filled with anticipation of your order. We ship the majority of our orders from our Québec, Canada location but we do drop-ship from other locations at times to fulfill some orders. Transit times for your order to arrive will mostly depend on your location along with the shipping method you have chosen:

*Ground: Arrives within 1-5 business days after your order ships

*2 day delivery: Arrives 2 business days after your order has shipped

*1 day delivery: Arrives 1 business day after your order has shipped

*Economy Shipping: Arrives within 7-10 business days after your order has shipped

*Note: Exo Performance does not process/ship orders on the weekend, also orders placed after 11AM ET will be processed the following business day.

*Lead times: Some items will have a lead time noted on the product page. These items cannot ship the same day and the shipping method you choose will apply after the lead time has passed and the order is shipped.

Most orders placed before 11 AM ET on a business day (Monday - Friday) will ship that day from Exo Performance. Orders placed after that 11 AM ET deadline will likely ship the next day. There are some exceptions to that. There are items listed on our site that will tell you the time it will take to ship.

Temporarily Unavailable: This product is currently unavailable. ETA will vary, but we will update this page when the product is available for purchase again. Occasionally products in this group do not become available for purchase again.

Discontinued - No longer available: This product has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.

Exo Performance allows you to get an accurate, fast, and easy shipping quote before you begin to check out. Simply add items to your cart that you would like to order, then click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of your page. Directly below your cart summary, there is a "view cart" button you need to click then a new page will appear. Just input the location in which you would like your order shipped and click "estimate shipping". It will then generate the cost of shipping you will incur at checkout.

We update our catalog daily to provide the most accurate fitment information possible. When shopping for parts, please use the “select your vehicle” car selector on the home page. Once you've selected your car, you can filter parts specific to it.

Additionally, on each product page, we have a tab for fitment information. By clicking on "Fitment", you can scroll and verify the part you are about to add to your cart indeed fits.

Furthermore, if you have a vehicle added to our vehicle selector and you are viewing a product page, you'll see fitment information below the "add to cart" button. If an item fits your car it will display "This Part Fits Your: Selected Vehicule". If an item does not fit your vehicle a message will display "This Part Does Not Fit".

We're so sorry about that, but we're working on it! We list over 100,000 SKUs and we're updating them daily. Some products are uploaded without the fitment guides being built out. If you're unsure about product fitment, please email us via service@exoperformance.ca.
