Integrated Engineering - iE Catback Exhaust System For Audi B8 S4 - IEEXCG3
Coaxing a more raw, yet refined sound from any V6 can be tough, so the Audi B8 S4 3.0T took some extra “voice coaching” from iE's engineers. The iE Catback Exhaust delivers a primal scream while kicking the exhaust drone and. unwanted V6 to the curb with their proprietary DroneTrap technology. For bonus-style points and engineering might, the B8 S4 catback includes 90mm quad exhaust tips, dual 2.5" tubing for high-flow design, and an integrated X-pipe for greater exhaust flow and superior sound.
The quad oversized 90mm exhaust tips will make your B8 S4 look fast, even when it’s standing still. These slash-cut tips feature a motorsport-inspired brushed finish with adjustable depth for dialing your aggressive looks up or down.
DroneTrap is iE's proprietary technology that takes away the buzz-killing drone, leaving only the sweet song of your people. It captures the pulse waves that make up the engine's exhaust note, draws them into an internal port, resonates them against each other, and cancels annoying drone waves. Only the good stuff remains—a full, rich, audacious call of the wild.
It’s not just the sound that the iE Catback delivers. They always bring their A-game to serve up exceptional designs made from built-to-last materials for installs that fit like a glove. iE's Catback Exhaust is made from corrosion-resistant, mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with strong, multi-point, boxed exhaust hangers for long life and reinforced and bridged straight sections to prevent rattles. Install kit includes all hardware and leak-free, OE-quality exhaust clamps.
3D scanning and cutting-edge software give our engineers a high-resolution digital model of the Audi B8 S4 chassis. This data allows us to maximize exhaust flow and optimize every inch of available space, ensuring a perfect fit with no rattles or rubbing.
There are no permanent mods or hassles on this one. Installing your new iE Catback Exhaust kit is straightforward. You’ll need a few basic tools. An auto lift is not necessary, but it will make your install a lot easier.
AVERAGE INSTALL TIME: 1-2 HOURS
For those craving more, pairing this catback with iE Midpipes delivers a louder (yet still refined) experience. If you want to keep it on the mild side, retaining the factory midpipes will still release that addicting rumble while maintaining street-friendly levels for everyday driving.
iE catback is a bolt-on fit to both stock or iE Midpipes.

We update our catalog daily to provide the most accurate fitment information possible. When shopping for parts, please use the “select your vehicle” car selector on the home page. Once you've selected your car, you can filter parts specific to it.
Additionally, on each product page, we have a tab for fitment information. By clicking on "Fitment", you can scroll and verify the part you are about to add to your cart indeed fits.
Furthermore, if you have a vehicle added to our vehicle selector and you are viewing a product page, you'll see fitment information below the "add to cart" button. If an item fits your car it will display "This Part Fits Your: Selected Vehicule". If an item does not fit your vehicle a message will display "This Part Does Not Fit".
A “Core Charge” is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda. In many states, to promote recycling, you are charged a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and you receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have Core Charges that work the same way as a soda can deposit. The most common car parts that include a core charge are alternators, calipers, steering racks, and fuel injectors.
"MAP" pricing, or Minimum Advertised Pricing, means that the vendor set a minimum retail price that we're not allowed to violate. MAP items cannot be discounted because the decrease in price would violate that threshold.
