The iE Catback for your 2022+ VW MK8 GTI delivers a primal scream while kicking the exhaust drone to the curb with proprietary DroneTrap technology. iE's advanced DroneTrap technology takes away the buzz-killing drone leaving only the sweet song of your people. DroneTrap captures the pulse waves that make up the engine's exhaust note. Here, a mathematically tuned resonator draws these waves in and an internal port resonates the waves against each other. Annoying waves that cause drones are canceled. Only the good stuff remains—a full, rich audacious call of the wild.
The dual oversized 4" exhaust tips will make your GTI look fast, even when it’s standing still. These slash-cut tips feature a motorsport-inspired brushed finish and adjustable depth to dial your aggressive looks up or down.
Sound may be the main feature of the Catback Exhaust, but durability and reliability play a big part, too. This Catback Exhaust is made from mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel to resist corrosion with hand-TIG-welded joints, plus several structural details for added strength and integrity. The stamped, multi-wall muffler prevents warping and reduces stress. Reinforced hangers keep mountings secure and properly distribute the weight. Wide-width stretch clamps keep connections tight and leak-free.
iE employs 3D scanning and cutting-edge software to give them the edge with a high-resolution digital model of the VW MK8 chassis. This data allows engineers to maximize exhaust flow and optimize every inch of available space, ensuring a perfect fit with no rattles or rubbing.
No permanent mods or hassle to deal with on this one. Installing your new iE Catback Exhaust kit is straightforward. You’ll need a few basic tools. An auto lift is not necessary, but will make your life a lot easier (well, your installation, anyway).

All orders of $499 or more being shipped within Canada qualify for free standard shipping. Additionally, orders less than $499 qualify for an exclusive low shipping rate.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warehouse Transfer We receive the item, then we ship it to remain on time with the guaranteed delivery range chosen at checkout. It typically takes between 6 and 12 business days before it ships.
