Exhaust - Race Pipes - (VERSION 2) Stainless Steel, 2.5" (JHM) for B8-S5 4.2L FSI (32v) - JHM-B8S5RP

$660.00

Introducing the JHM B8-S5 4.2L FSI V8 2.5" Stainless Steel Race-Pipes!!!

NOTE: Most of the industry refers to this style pipe as a "Test Pipe" we call it a race pipe to further clarify this product is for Racing Competition only and is not legal for use in highway or street vehicles or other non-racing competition off-road vehicles. By purchasing this product you acknowledge its intended use.

After rigorous testing and prototyping since we acquired our in-house 2008 S5, we are pleased to announce the release of our 2.5" Stainless Steel Race-Pipes for the B8-S5 with the 4.2L FSI V8.

WHY JHM 2.5" Stainless Steel Race-Pipes?
One look at the OEM Cat-Pipes that come on your B8-S5 4.2L FSI V8 and you'll see how important it is to upgrade your pipes from the factory setup.

As the pictures above show, the OEM cat-pipes are extremely restrictive and limit the amount of power this motor can produce. Our JHM 2.5" race-pipes are a must have item for any S5 4.2L V8 owner looking to make serious power from their vehicle.

These pipes were featured in the record setting runs of our in-house B8-S5 4.2L FSI V8 Video

FITMENT: These race-pipes fit ALL B8-S5s with the 4.2L V8 FSI motor, manual or automatic. We have also designed these race-pipes to work with both stock and other "brand-x" aftermarket downpipes. So, our JHM 2.5" Stainless Steel Race-Pipes will work with both your stock downpipes AND your aftermarket downpipes (if the downpipes were built for stock location, OEM cat-pipes.

NOTE: These pipes were designed on a Left Hand Drive vehicle. We have had some Right Hand Drive customers mention that they had to make a slight indentation in the pipe to clear the steering shaft and linkage. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

My part doesn't have a fitment guide.

We're so sorry about that, but we're working on it! We list over 100,000 SKUs and we're updating them daily. Some products are uploaded without the fitment guides being built out. If you're unsure about product fitment, please email us via support@exoperformance.ca.

  • How do I know if a part will fit my car?

We update our catalog daily to provide the most accurate fitment information possible. When shopping for parts, please use the “select your vehicle” car selector on the home page. Once you've selected your car, you can filter parts specific to it.

Additionally, on each product page, we have a tab for fitment information. By clicking on "Fitment", you can scroll and verify the part you are about to add to your cart indeed fits.

Furthermore, if you have a vehicle added to our vehicle selector and you are viewing a product page, you'll see fitment information below the "add to cart" button. If an item fits your car it will display "This Part Fits Your: Selected Vehicule". If an item does not fit your vehicle a message will display "This Part Does Not Fit".

  • What is a core charge?

A “Core Charge” is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda. In many states, to promote recycling, you are charged a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and you receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have Core Charges that work the same way as a soda can deposit. The most common car parts that include a core charge are alternators, calipers, steering racks, and fuel injectors.

  • What is MAP pricing? Why can't I get a discount on a MAP item?

"MAP" pricing, or Minimum Advertised Pricing, means that the vendor set a minimum retail price that we're not allowed to violate. MAP items cannot be discounted because the decrease in price would violate that threshold.
